Body Butter: Massage the equivalent of a heaped tablespoon of the body butter all over your body and do some mindful breathing, in for 7, out for 11.

Mist: Spritz your pillow with the bedtime hero pillow mist. Lie back and breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds.

Body Wash: For a multi-sensorial experience, lather gently over your whole body and inhale deeply before rinsing.

Candle: Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4. This will ensure the wax burns evenly.
