Developed to protect from congestion, the Neutrogena Blackhead Eliminating Cleansing Toner removes all traces of impurities while diminishing visible blackheads and blemishes.
Harnessing the exfoliating power of 0.5% salicylic acid, the formula gently buffs away dead skin cells and trapped dirt that may block pores, leaving the complexion noticeably clarified. Suitable for those prone to breakouts, the lightweight toner sweeps across the skin with a cooling, refreshing effect, perfectly prepping for subsequent skincare steps.
Recommended for daily usage. Apply on wet face and gently massage especially the blackhead prone areas. Rinse thoroughly.

Great on sensitive skin
Feels great, smells great. does the job and does not make your skin feel tight. definitely recommend for sensitive skin. Definitely one for my make up bag as I am prone to black heads.

Love it!
After suffering with blocked pores for a while I didnt know what to use. Since trying this my face is much clearer and even after cleansing it takes so much grime away. Love it. Dont use too close to the eyes as it does sting but other than that 10/10

Neutrogena Blackhead Eliminating Cleansing Toner I've really liked using Neutrogena Blackhead Eliminating Cleansing Toner. It's a nourishing toner which at first I thought might be a bit harsh on my skin as it does tingle a little when using. I've found as long as you avoid the eye area and just use it for targeting blackhead prone skin it's fine. I've found it has definitely reduced the appearance of any blackheads and hope that it will work against any future developments of them.

Don't be frightened
Don't be frightened by the innitial sting... it goes away in seconds. But you may not even experience that. I have very oily skin so this toner is perfect for me. Doesn't leave any residue and is not too much stripping. Also doen't have a strong chemical smell like similar ones. Would reccommend.

Great
I never used cleaning toner from Neutrogena before and I am really surprised that it's working really well. I think I will stick with that toner now for my everyday routine. Keep my skin clean and soft.
