Developed to protect from congestion, the Neutrogena Blackhead Eliminating Cleansing Toner removes all traces of impurities while diminishing visible blackheads and blemishes.
Harnessing the exfoliating power of 0.5% salicylic acid, the formula gently buffs away dead skin cells and trapped dirt that may block pores, leaving the complexion noticeably clarified. Suitable for those prone to breakouts, the lightweight toner sweeps across the skin with a cooling, refreshing effect, perfectly prepping for subsequent skincare steps.
Recommended for daily usage. Apply on wet face and gently massage especially the blackhead prone areas. Rinse thoroughly.

Neutrogena Blackhead Cleanser
I enjoyed this cleanser, it left my face feeling clean and clear, but it did feel a little tight straight after use. It definitely made my skin look less congested.

Neutrogena blackhead cleansing toner
I really loved this exfoliator. I've been using different expensive products to clear my skin from recent breakouts and this is genuinely the only thing that's worked. It's the perfect balance of exfoliation and soothing hydrating skincare. I highly recommend this wash.

Loved this product!
This was a great product, it smells good and leaves my skin in much better condition than other toners I’ve tried. It was easy to use and I do feel like it has helped reduce the number of blackheads on and around my nose.

Great product
I thought this product was brilliant. My skin did not feel greasy or oily after using. The toner is very refreshing and cooling. Works great for cleansing. Overall I loved this product and will continue to use it. I would definitely recommend Neutrogena products.

I really like how it removes the residual makeup or dirt on the face after washing, it feels clean but not stripped.

Gentle and effective
I have been using it for past few weeks and I saw visible improvement in my blackheads over my nose. My skin texture is improving and feels smooth. It’s gentle on the face and doesn’t dry skin out. I use it once a day in the evening.

Great Toner!
I must say I am always sceptical when I try a new product, however I was pleasantly surprised by this toner. I suffer with blackheads mainly on and around my nose. After using this for a couple of weeks I am seeing a major difference, barely any left. Also, my skin look a lot clearer and brighter!
