Developed with dermatologists, the Neutrogena Clear and Defend Facial Wash is a lightweight gel cleanser that protects from blemish-causing bacteria and breakouts.
Powered by 2% salicylic acid, the foaming formula gently buffs away dead skin cells and impurities to encourage a visibly smooth, supple complexion. Daily dirt and product debris is effortlessly removed, while skin is left feeling refreshed and renewed post-use.
Use twice a day. Wet face. Apply to hands, add water and massage face gently. Rinse thoroughly.

Great for acne prone skin
This face wash is house in a bottle with a pump which is very convenient to use. I usually use this in the morning and in the evening. The wash pumps out as a gel and when lathered with water, it’s a light foam and feels great on the skin. It does not contain any oil which is great for oily skin like I have but it’s not drying or makes my skin tight at all. The cleansing power is really good and it does help to prevent spots. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Clear skin!
Love this product. I have used it every other face wash for weeks. Initially I used it daily. For the first time in my life I have been complimented on having clear skin! I have had not had my usual violent PMS breakout. No nasty spots. No visible pores on my T zone and no puffy red under the skin lumps. I am not usually impressed by facial care. However this has been lovely! It smells nice, lathers nice and has definately become a permanent product! 100% reccomend #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Neutrogena Salicyclic Facewash
I really enjoyed this face wash, I thought the smell was lovely. I appreciated that it didn’t have those awful little beads some face washes have. I have generally clear skin and find new products always break me out, I had a minimal reaction to this face wash and will continue to purchase once it has emptied. Love it #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Beautifully scented
So nice to have a facial product that smells as it looks! This face wash which I have been using for four weeks now, has a lovely orange citrus scent. When your face is wet, applying the wash creates a lovely thin lather to the face. It removed my make up easily and once rinsed, left it feeling soft and glowy. In the first two weeks, I began to break out but it was evident that this was the wash clearing my skin. By week three and four my spots were a lot less noticeable. Not for me
I received this product not long after receiving a different cleanser. I trialled this and I've got to say I preferred the other one. This one foams well and washed my skin nicely but I don't think it helped my pimples. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Decent Cleanser
This is a decent Cleanser with nice gel to foam consistency. I have acne prone skin and this does help somewhat by drying up the spots however it is also quite harsh so I wouldn't want to use it as my everyday cleanser. Probably not suitable if you have sensitive skin and absolutely needs to be followed up with moisturiser. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Grand enough
