Introducing the Neutrogena Clear and Defend+ Exfoliator, a texture-refining-formula packed with AHA's and panthenol to support visible skin cell renewal.
The potent liquid exfoliator helps to remove dead skin cells and excess oils to promote a clean and clear complexion. Formulated with an optimal pH to maximise the efficacy, it helps to reduce the appearance of textural irregularities to leave skin feeling soft and refined, adorned with a radiant glow.

- When to Use: Apply the AHA exfoliant weekly increasing up to daily (if needed)
- Application: Use a cotton pad over dry face and neck. Allow to fully absorb into the skin. Do not rinse.
- Important: Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not use on irritated skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin sensitivity to the sun. Avoid sun exposure and protect your skin from sun.

Effective But Not Stripping
I'm a big fan of liquid exfoliants and have tried lots of AHA based products in the past, I thought the blend in this product yielded fantastic results that I felt that I could see from day one. Sometimes I've had trouble with dry skin patches after using AHAs but I didn't have a problem with this product, in fact my skin still felt moisturised and nourished afterwards so this was a very gentle just effective product. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

AMAZING!
This liquid exfoliant is exactly what’s needed! My skin is quite sensitive and reactive, so all the abrasive exfoliants really triggers my skin, leaving it sore and red. But this didn’t! It’s a consistency of a toner, super easy to use and the skin feels really soft after. I started using it once a week for the first couple of weeks and then twice a week. made a big difference
I have been using Neutrogena Clear & Defend+ Liquid Exfoliant close to a month now, my son who has acne prone skin has also been using it. for me it made my skin soft and smooth and cleaned my pours brilliantly.The difference it has made to my sons skin is massive his black heads are 70% clearer and he hasn't had as many break outs since using, I will continue to buy and use this Exfoliant for my son and me. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Not for me
To be complete honest this product is not for me - I have suffered with scarring for the last 7 or so months but haven’t found anything that particularly helps, in the few weeks I tested this product they did possibly fade a very small amount but it’s hard to say whether it had an impact. I imagine it works better on those who have less deep / red scars which is the problem I face. However, I like the fact that it’s a more gentle option and could be beneficial for people with slightly more sensitive skin who can’t use those alternative options or just prefer something less chemically. It does have a slight chemical smell but that fades quite quickly. I experienced a tiny bit of momentary stinging but that didn’t last. I also really liked the fact that you don’t need to wash it off as that just adds another step in the process, this is a very easy to apply solution if it works for you so it's worth a try for others but I wouldn't personally buy again. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

A Month-Long Journey to Radiant Skin
I started using Neutrogena Clear & Defend+ Liquid Exfoliant a month ago. Having used it once a week initially, gradually increasing the frequency to twice a week, and eventually every other day, I can confidently say that this product has made a noticeable difference in the complexion of my skin. As I increased the frequency of use, my skin underwent a transformation. Not only did it become remarkably smoother, but it also started to exhibit a newfound radiance. My complexion appeared more even, and those pesky little blemishes began to fade away. The exfoliant seemed to unclog my pores effectively, which resulted in a reduction in the number of breakouts. Over the course of a month, my skin tone became visibly more even and less prone to redness. I think it might be suitable for a variety of skin types, and if you're looking for a reliable exfoliant that delivers results without significant irritation, I highly recommend giving it a try.

Smoother Skin from first use.
As a daily user of Neutrogena facial cleanser, this was a nice addition to my routine. It leaves face feeling and looking smoother after the first use. You only need to use a small amount to get good coverage across your whole face, and it is fairly lightweight and absorbs quickly, leaving no oily residue. Skin feels and looks smoother.
