The Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel Cleanser works to rinse away excess makeup and debris while locking in moisture to resist stripping the skin of its natural oils.
Enriched with Natural Moisturising Factors (NMFs), the foaming formula creates a nourishing lather that gently sloughs away impurities. A blend of hyaluronic acid and glycerin envelop the skin in skin-quenching moisture, leaving behind a soft and supple feeling. The skin is left feeling refreshed and ready for the next steps in your skincare routine.

Good but not quite perfect
I really enjoyed using this product as it left my skin feeling lovely and soft. I found that it effectively removed face make up (foundation, blusher etc) but was more tricky to remove mascara. This product also had a very neutral scent so wasn’t overpowering. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Best face wash for dry skin
It's the best wash for dry skin , even a small drop is enough for giving your skin a good cleanse and boom your skin is clean and glowy , i didn't even have to rub my face multiple times. This works like magic , never going back to other cleansers #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Nice scentless cleanser
I was pleasantly surprised how pretty much scentless this cleanser was. After washing my face I did feel it adequately cleansed my face well and did the job. However my main criticism with this product is that it has a very oily feel to it which felt very weird and odd. Also, it did take a little longer for me to wash it off my face due to the oily consistency. Also, my face did feel notably drier afterwards than with other face wash brands like Simple. In comparison, I have previously used a similar Korean oil-based cleanser before by Haruharu Wonder which I felt had a better feel to it and was more satisfying to use. But as that wouldn't be available to most, I would still recommend this cleanser as it does the job well while being non offensive in scent. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Lovely cleanser
I really enjoy using this cleanser. The packaging is very attractive, the striking blue bottle with a pump looks great in the bathroom. I wear makeup daily, so a cleanser has to get rid of all traces of makeup. This one lathers very well and dissolves makeup easily, no aggressive rubbing or scrubbing required. All that’s needed is a gentle massage with circular motions. If my makeup is heavier than usual, I cleanse twice with this product just to be sure. It doesn’t leave my face red, dry, tight or irritated, and my skin doesn’t feel stripped off it’s natural moisture barrier, which is very important to me. It doesn’t leave any sticky or oily residue, just a fresh clean feeling without tightness. I like that the cleanser is scent free, I use actives in skincare so I avoid irritating ingredients in my skincare products. It’s a lovely product, gentle and effective, and I am glad to have discovered it. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Refreshing and Hydrating!
I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks now and I’m impressed. The lightweight gel formula is easy to apply and doesn’t strip my skin of moisture. My oily skin feels hydrated and soft after each use. The only downside is it can leave a slight residue if not rinsed off thoroughly, but I still highly recommend this cleanser! #HomeTesterClubFreeSample
