Encourage fresh sun-kissed radiance with NIOD’s Photography Fluid. Offering a more intense glow than Opacity 8%, thanks to its focus on light reflecting ingredients and technologies, Opacity 12% promotes a pearlescent finish.
Created with all skin types in mind, the serum-like formula utilises a blend of ultra-fine particulates to help visibly brighten and balance the complexion. This brightening effect is enhanced further with Prismatic Gold Technology and a patented dragon fruit complex. Meanwhile, a Prismatic Yellow-Red Hue Corrector and a Prismatic Blurring Suspension work in synergy to diminish the appearance of pores and tonal irregularities.
Complete with a Hydration Bio-Sugar Complex, the adaptable formula can be used in a variety of different ways, fitting into your beauty routine with ease. Use as a primer for a boost of luminosity, or apply to bare skin as a liquid foundation. Alternatively, mix with your existing foundation for extra coverage.

I was recommended this by a friend who writes her own blog - I have been using a different, well-known (and expensive) primer for a long time but my friend told me to give this a try as it would change my life. I'd read quite a bit about the photography fluid before trying it so I thought I knew what to expect, but it's one of those products you have to use to understand it. The description of it being colourless isn't strictly true because if you overdo it and use too much it will make your skin very pale with a definite sheen to it. Less is definitely more with this product but once you get the knack and find out how much works for you then it's great, making your skin look better than ever with a healthy glow. I've knocked one star off for the delivery system which is hopeless - the product is far too thick for the pipette to pick up (not the only brand to make this mistake, pixi I'm talking about you!) and it just sticks to the outside of the tube and gets wasted if you're not careful replacing the pipette into the bottle...a pump or tube would have been far better. Overall a good product and I like the way it makes my skin glow, looking good with or without makeup on top.

This is a great little addition to your makeup bag. If your skin is looking a bit lacklustre and sallow or you simply want that perfect glow for photos then this product may help turn things around. You can use it under foundation for an all-over glow or over to highlight specific areas, both work well, I have however deducted a single star as the manufacturers claim this product can also be used alone on bare skin however personally I would not recommend this as it just looks a little weird, even on my reasonably perfect skin. I did however really like it for its brightening effects and its ability to multitask.

Still getting to grips with this stuff, you need to be careful not to aply too much! I am liking the slightly golden pearl effect when I mix it in with my moisturiser, as it gives only a very sheer coating. I then swipe a little extra down the bridge of my nose, over my cheekbones and under my eyes.

This has been the missing product in my makeup collection
After buying this on a complete whim, a bit of afternoon internet retail therapy to cheer me up...who knew it would be my new holy frail product! This liquid illuminating primer is fantastic...I apply this after moisteriser but before foundation, you'd think that the foundation would cover the fluid...nope , but leaves a lit from within glow. You can also pat small amounts onto areas you'd like to highlight. I don't like to slat off other products but this beats highbeam, strobe liquid and shimmering skin perfector....hands down. An absolute necessity for the glowing or illuminated look!!!

This cool product does not make my face look thinner, sharper, more defined (not that it is intended to) but it gives an ethereal glow to my skin. I apply it as my face primer. It is non greasy and sinks in fast. Don't be fooled by the opaque white colour, once it is applied, there is no whiteness, no ashy-ness, just glowing face. In a good way! It also manages to reflect light away from any blemishes and my face looks even and radiant. With this product, all I need is some concealer for my undereye and some really bad acne scars and I'm good to go! Foundation is optional. Definitely a repurchase!
