Flip head forward, place towel on head, with button at the nape of the neck. Tuck your hair into the towel and twist the towel around it. Bring the twisted towel back towards your neck and secure with the button.

Def does dry my hair quicker: although I do find if I do leave on too long it can really dry my hair out and make frizzier, but other than that does pull the water out my hair without the towel getting soaking wet.
