This blends beautifully with fingers - just scribble a couple of lines where you want the colour and blend out. I use dewy moisturisers and spf so I like that this is matte as it has good staying power and still looks glowy because of what else I use. Love the colour Purity. Needing to sharpen (sharpener is included!) actually makes me feel it keeps more hygienic.
