- Use the NuFACE Device at least 5 times a week for the first 90 days. After that, use 2-3 times a week to maintain results.
- Start by washing your face with an oil-free cleanser. Men should shave before use as hair can interfere with the conductivity.
- Apply NuFACE primer
- Glide along the natural contours of your face, in an upward motion. Each glide should last five seconds.
- Repeat three times.
- Remove the NuFACE Primer with a warm, damp washcloth.
- Apply your favorite NuFACE Serum (optional) and preferred moisturiser.

I gives an unpleasant little shockes and left the mouth tasting metallic !!! It works a little bit on my eyes, but have to be very consistent to se the results but the price is even higher than ££££ , a terrible migraine

Effective treatment if the device works
This is actually my second nuface device. It is now broken again and will not turn on. The same thing happened to the first nuface device - nuface mini within the first month of purchase. I was able to return the device and purchased this trinity device instead. Unfortunately, more than 6 months in and the device is broken again. Now I need to contact the Nuface US to possibly get a replacement......Totally not worth the hassle for the poor quality of the product and the hefty price tag. On the bright side, the device does work as a great treatment that gives me a sharper jaw line and a more defined contour of the face. I have bought the ziip device already. So far so good. The ziip device feels a bit more sturdier.

Good product, not worth the high price
I have been using my NuFace Trinity for the last 3 months. The biggest change is a much more defined jawline (making my lockdown chins disappear!). I wasn’t expecting such a dramatic effect and have received comments from friends which is nice. I have only given the trinity 3 stars because: 1) It is a big financial investment. I bought the trinity to focus on my eye area. I haven’t seen any improvement yet and now wish I had gone for the cheaper option. 2) I haven’t seen much improvement around my mouth, forehead or cheekbones which is what I was hoping for. 3) It takes way longer than 5 minutes to do face and neck so you do have commit a lot of time. 4) The gel primer is expensive and awful. It made me break out and was so sticky on my skin. I read other complaints about it and switched to aloe vera gel (fraction of the price) which is soooo much better and nuface still works perfectly. I am hoping I will see better results over time

Really disappointed. I was sent a used product. The tamper seals were broken, the gel was mostly used, no tamper seal on that either. I think this must have been a "returned " item. The fact that almost all the gel had been used leads me to believe a previous person gave this product a really good go and then returned it. This makes me question whether it works or not. Waiting to hear back from Look Fantastic. Really disappointed
