The multi-purpose fluid will create natural-looking, strobe-like radiance.
Apply all over your face to illuminate your features under and over foundation. It can also be blended with your foundation for an additional touch of glow.

The Best at This Price
This isn't the best liquid highlighter on the market by a wide margin but it is the best at this price point, it's perfect if you want to try highlighting under your foundation, using a liquid/cream highlighter or body highlighter for the first time without breaking the bank. Works very well and has a lovely glow and there is a range for different skin tones (it could be better but it's workable), I'd highly recommend if you're looking to try a product like this for the first time and don't want to spend luxury brand prices.
