Good eyeshadow primer!
First glitter primer I have ever purchased. I bought it specifically to use with the CT Luxury Palette of Pops Quad in pillow Talk. The glitter really made me eyes itch, water and glitter went all over my face. Not a good look! It cracked on my eye lids and looked messy after around 15 minutes. So far so good. Colour is brighter and it hasn’t made my eyes water. I am hoping it will pay off.

Great product for applying glittery makeup on top of. Makes the glittery or shimmery eyeshadow not only sick, but it also helps stop fall out, & makes the colour really pop & stand out a lot more. Can also be used on the lips. I haven’t yet tried it on the lips but can’t wait to give it a go. Great product.
