It's not cool toned but it's probably significantly less orange than some bronzers. It's not overly pigmented but that's ideal for a bronzer. Nobody wants opaque orangey brown stripes on their face. The packaging is perfectly fine too. I didn't give 5 stars because I wasn't blown away but can a bronzer blow anyone away really? 😂
