I have been struggling to find a liquid liner that wouldn't smudge. I have oily lids and my eyes water a lot throughout the day, but this liner stays perfectly in shape all day long (and beyond - if anything, it's a struggle to get it off!). I like the brush too - it might require time getting used to, but is very precise and helps to create a perfect cat eye wing.
