Appalling !!
After everyone ranting and raving about this product, after my first initial wash I felt perhaps I hadn’t washed the products out properly as my hair felt very ‘tacky’ as though some coating was on it.. it looked very dry and was tangly but I gave it another shot a few days later and the same again! I blow dried and styled as I normally would and baring in mind I straightened my hair it was as though I’d applied gel to my hair.. it just wouldn’t sit right at all and looked an awful mess, as though it hadn’t been washed and was very dry with a sticky residual coating. I’ve now logged a complaint and expect a full refund! This is not the quality you expect whats so ever for such a high £

My new “can’t live without”

not for fine hair
i have fine hair but a lot of it. i have very grown out highlights and wanted to help my hair be the best it can be. sadly this makes my roots look so greasy on the second day! i don’t know if it’s because my roots are all virgin hair with no damaged ( don’t use heat) but they’re so greasy looking my hair looks dirty and unwashed.
