I've started using No4+5 recently because my hair wasn't looking great and I felt like it was thinning slightly. I use No 3+6 also. Great investment and you need the tiniest bit so No 4, 5 and 6 will last a good 6 months I think, maybe even longer. I have long colour treated blonde hair. A 20p size amount I'd say I use, I double wash, usually only once a week. My hair is looking better in a relatively short amount of time doing my new routine, I'd stupidly stripped all the moisture from my hair using cheap purple shampoo, never again! I don't use any supermarket products now. I use olaplex, redken, kerastase and joico currently, I'm going to get some moroccanoil products eventually. With covid I haven't had my hair bleached since December, I got a shadow root so its growing out beautifully. I'm in no rush to go back.

I have No’s 0,3 and 6 already and they have definitely improved the condition of my hair. Wasn’t sure whether it was worth the extra cash but I’m glad I did. My hair is looking even healthier since adding these and you need such a small amount I think they’ll last a while soo value for money they’re absolutely worth the cost! My hair is very fine, half grey and half grown out blonde and medium to long length of that’s off any help deciding whether these are suitable for you.
