With having an underactive thyroid for years now and my hair falling out and breaking off. I started trying olaplex about a year and a half ago. It has massively helped me. I see less breakage and slightly thicker hair. It is more manageable when brushing and my hair needs washing less frequently as long as you don't over do it in the leave in products they offer.
