OPI Start to Finish 3in1 is a nail strengthener with a multi-tasking formula infused with vitamins A and E to cover all your bases in one bottle. Consider it a 3-in-wonder. It acts as a base coat to protect against discoloration, a topcoat to deliver long-lasting shine and strengthenerto help protect nails against chipping, peeling, and splitting when used daily.
Apply one coat to bare nails followed by colour, then 1one coat on top to lock it in.

Great base and top coat from Opi, I'd always prefer to have both in one than have to buy two products. Dries very quickly - the first base coat only takes about 60 seconds. Top coat layer leaves a lovely shine
