Oskia

I've not tried a cleanser quite like this one before. It takes some getting used too as it goes from gel form to an oil once massaged into the skin which I thought might have been an issue as I have very oily skin but I find It leaves the skin feeling really soft and moisturised and feeling healthy.

Lovely gentle cleanser

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

This cleanser is a repeat purchase. I love that it doesn't at all aggravate my skin that has recently been prone to irritations and has become quite reactive otherwise. Removes all traces of makeup, allows for a nice little facial massage while cleansing and leaves my skin soft and comfortable.

LOVE LOVE LOVE

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

This is a much hyped product, and I tried it out of curiosity more than anything, I couldn't see how my greasy/dry/spotty/confused skin would benefit from an oil, but it's totally worth the money - my skin is incredibly soft and hydrated but really clean and not at all greasy afterwards. LOVE. On my second bottle and have just started pairing it with the new Renaissance moisturiser which is definitely helping.

Amazing smell - pampering

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I have purchased this as a 2nd cleanse. The scent is relaxing. The gel turns into an oil when massaged into the skin and then creamy when water is splashed on the face. Probably not good at removing waterproof mascara, but I use a different cleanser to remove my make up so this isn't an issue. It feels luxurious and leaves my skin nourished.

A nice cleanser.

This isn't a regular cleanser, it feels more like a treatment. It is an oil that you massage to dry skin and melts into the face. I tend to use it to remove my makeup at night and it seems to do the job. Even though I really really liked it, I believe its is similar in a way to the chamomile oil cleanser by The Bodyshop (at least for me), so I am not sure if I will repurchase it.

Has helped rebuild my skin's acid mantle by not stripping it when I cleanse, now my sensitive skin is feeling a lot more relaxed thanks to this cleanser. Cleanses thoroughly but doesn't leave my face feeling tight when I pat it dry - would definitely buy again!

Best cleanser

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

This is my second bottle of this Cleansing gel, although it took my first over 4 months to use up, I use one pump morning and evening, so it lasts a long time. The gel melts into the palm of your hands and is beautifully smooth to massage into the skin. It is lightly scented of roses but does not irritate my skin at all, I have never had any problems with it so is great for any with sensitive skin. I don't use it to remove my eye make up, but it takes my foundation off very well and leaves my skin bright and clear. I notice that when I stop using this product, my skin looks dull. It is a cult product for me know and is completely worth the money!

Possibly overhyped...?

3 stars out of a maximum of 5

I had very high expectations of this cleanser which is possibly the reason I was disappointed. I've used it about five times, as a morning cleanse and second cleanse. I normally use a cream cleanser such as Liz Earle which always leaves my skin feeling fresh and hydrated. The Oskia cleanser makes my skin feel tight. When I massage it into my face it blends into an oil immediately, but to my mind it doesn't feel nourishing. Maybe I'll change my mind with prolonged use.

Too expensive

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

I agree with most reviewers that this is a very good cleanser. However, considering that it is a cleanser and that, because of that, no matter how good the ingredients are they won't be spending long enough time on ours faces to actually make a difference, I don't think I will be buying it again as there are cheaper as equally good alternatives in the market. It is very pleasant though for a second or morning cleanse.
