Cleansing away build-ups and dirt, the shampoo is gentle on your scalp while still being incredibly effective, leaving you feeling comfortable throughout the day and never stripping away natural oils.
Enriched with hydrating Coconut and Babassu Oils, the shampoo ensures your hair is thoroughly moisturised for a soft-touch finish with less frizz. The shampoo is lightweight, meaning you’ll never have to sacrifice volume or suffer a greasy finish despite its impressive hydrating action. Cuticles will be smoothed and sealed, concealing the appearance of split ends for a seemingly healthier result. Strengthening Hydrolysed Keratin helps to build resilience, lessening the chance of breakage during styling while Kumquat Extract, rich in Vitamins A, B and C, delivers plenty of shine for a truly lustrous look.
Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with luke warm water. Lather a quarter size amount of MEDIUM shampoo in hands and then work into roots and where hair touches the scalp. Rinse shampoo. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner. Apply a quarter size amount of MEDIUM conditioner, focusing on midshaft and ends. Rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle and added shine.

Absolutely Amazing
Well I can honestly say I have tried and enjoyed many haircare brands which I still use but also love to try out others and this did not disappoint, I use Kerastase, georgiemane, coco and eve, color wow which I love so I swap between them all, the Ouai range is absolutely amazing, I today used the ouai shampoo and conditioner for medium hair, the leave in conditioner, finishing with the ouai oil, my hair felt and looked absolutely amazing, I was a little sceptical as read the negative reviews but in my experience it is up their with my favourites and will most certainly keep using and repurchase, beautiful hair products, the shine it gives my hair is beautiful 👌

Saw some negative reviews on this but decided to try anyway and it’s fab! I found that the olaplex shampoo was making my hair feel quite heavy and was getting greasy quicker. However this shampoo is amazing, hair is soft, shiny and has lots of volume. Perfect alternative to olaplex!

Smells amazing but drying
This shampoo smells great and lathers up amazingly on the second shampoo (i always wash first with small amount and then do a second shampoo). I've been trying this for about 3 months (i only wash my hair once a week) and found that it leaves your hair alot dryer than when i was using store bought products. It makes your hair really knotty and i found that a lot more of my hair was falling out in the shower :/ It does leave your hair smelling great and clean for a good amount of time.

I read the previous mixed reviews, and took the gamble. I’m glad I did! You only need a small amount and lathers brilliantly. Using the shampoo and conditioner together, is perfect. The smell is not storing, but clean. It leaves my hair, silky, bouncy and shiny! Try it!

Totally changed my view on shampoo
Until recently I’ve used shop-bought shampoo, My hair would be a tangled mess and id spend hours trying to drag a brush through it. I’d have to buy 2x the amount of conditioner to make brushing my hair bearable. This shampoo has resurrected my hair and it is in the best shape it has EVER been!

Loves how my hair feel and smell !
I've tried the old OUAI line before and it wasn't too impressive for me. But this new line completely changed that. The scents is so elegantly arranged I just can't stop smelling my hair after washing it.
