Shampoo: Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with lukewarm water. Lather a quarter-sized amount of the THICK Shampoo in hands and then work into your roots and where hair touches the scalp. Rinse shampoo. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner.

Conditioner: Apply a quarter-sized amount of the THICK Conditioner, focusing on midshaft and ends. Rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle and add shine.
