Fairly firm hold
I bought this in tandem with the extra body mousse to use on my fine, curly hair. It certainly holds and isn't so much sticky as firm. I'm not a fan of sprays that make your hair go solid and this doesn't but you are certainly aware it's in your hair - I suppose that's the idea! I like the spray and nozzle and to date it hasn't clogged. Happy enough with the product and what it does.

Pump up the volume!
I started using this after I had a product build up due mainly to hairspray. I find this Paul Mitchell Extra Body Finishing spray excellent on my very fine, blonde highlighted hair. It gives great lift and hold to the finished style and does not leave any residue - so no build up of product.
