It works by penetrating deep into the hair shaft and attaching to the surface to add volume, increase body and help repair damage on the cuticle. Directions of use:

Great daily shampoo
Paul Mitchell Extra Body Daily Shampoo was initially recommended by a friend. It's a great daily shampoo, cleans hair very well but does not leave hair completely dried out. As for it's voluminous purposes, I wouldn't say it made a huge difference to my hair. It has a nice scent as well. Overall, I liked it and would definitely repurchase!
