Paul Mitcheil extra bodysculption foam.this is a very good product when you use it your hair looks as good as going to the hair dreesers.i find Paul Mitcheil products very good they may cost abit more but they last along while.good value.

Perfect Hold
I love using the Paul Mitchell Freeze and Shine Super spray. I would not hesitate in recommending this spray to my family and friends. I spray it on my hair in the morning and I don't have to do no more for the rest of the day. It creates the perfect hold.

I was told about this product by my english hairdresser her in spain,as I had my haircut in a spikey style Unfortunately wasn't available in spain ,but found this site. Great finishing product really holds your hair Can't live without it now
