Directions of use:

Good Leave-in
I am not a fan of leave-in but as I swam alot in pool, I put on leave-in after every session. Now the hard water prompts me to get a tube of leave-in. Since I started using PM leave-in, I find my hair less dry, smoother and slightly glossier. I am sure it gives softness as well, although my fine hair is soft itself.

I have to be honest, I had no idea this was meant to be a leave in and was using it as a regular conditioner (I feel like the name could be clearer). That said, it still left my hair really soft!! As a leave in, I've actually found it a little less effective as it weighs my (incredibly fine, thin) hair down slightly. Still would recommend!
