Inspired by the hair's natural lipid shield, the Philip Kingsley Bond Builder Lipid Shield Oil creates a hydrating veil around each strand to help replenish lost moisture.
The fast-absorbing, non-greasy formula is enriched with biometric ingredients and oils to nourish and protect the hair. Designed to be used weekly as a post-shower treatment, the formula seeks to minimise the appearance of damage and dryness.
- When to Use: After washing your hair.
- Recommended Amount: Shake well before use. Gently tilt the bottle and tap the base to dispense 5-6 drops into the palm of your hand. Short, fine, or unprocessed hair may require fewer drops. Long, coarse, or heavily processed hair may require more.
- Application: Apply to mid-lengths and ends of towel-dried hair. Start with a smaller amount and add more as needed. Use every 2-3 washes. Very dry or damaged hair can use more frequently.
- Routine: If ends feel particularly dry, 1-2 drops can be smoothed through hair after styling. Can also be applied to dry hair and left overnight, then shampooed out in the morning. 1ml = approx. 20 drops. With 6 drops per use, the 30ml fill would allow up to 90 uses.

Hair is looking smoother and not as dry.
I Love the Philip Kingsley Body Building Conditioner so I thought I would give this a try as I have highlighted hair and the ends get a bit dry. The smell is gorgeous and the oil is not too heavy. My hair is definitely looking smoother and not as dry. You just need a little amount for each application.

Love the Philip Kingsley Elastisizer which is what tempted me to buy this oil. It’s lightweight, not greasy at all (I have greasy roots so I don’t need any more!) makes my hair feel soft, manageable and smooth. Lovely light clean scent. Only need to use a few drops so think will last me a while even though a small bottle and the lid means you’re not tempted to use too much. Really glad I bought this!

I didn't hate it nor love it, I have dry, coloured hair, I used about 5 drops and it did go along way which is good as you don't need much, however as I was drying my hair I could feel the product makinking my hair feel a little greesy and take longer to dry, but once fully dry that feeling went away and it felt quite soft but again seemed to feel greesy again after 2 days, having dry hair that's not normally the case so putting it down to this, will continue to use a try 3 drops next time.

This is my new favourite hair product! I always use a serum, but sometimes it feels a little greasy. This is lightweight, non-greasy and yet has imparted a natural shine to my hair (not easy with highlighted hair) My hair is thick and very wavy/frizzy, and it definitely has become easier to style and tame the frizz. I don’t know how they do it but I love it!
