Inspired by the hair's natural lipid shield, the Philip Kingsley Bond Builder Lipid Shield Oil creates a hydrating veil around each strand to help replenish lost moisture.
The fast-absorbing, non-greasy formula is enriched with biometric ingredients and oils to nourish and protect the hair. Designed to be used weekly as a post-shower treatment, the formula seeks to minimise the appearance of damage and dryness.
- When to Use: After washing your hair.
- Recommended Amount: Shake well before use. Gently tilt the bottle and tap the base to dispense 5-6 drops into the palm of your hand. Short, fine, or unprocessed hair may require fewer drops. Long, coarse, or heavily processed hair may require more.
- Application: Apply to mid-lengths and ends of towel-dried hair. Start with a smaller amount and add more as needed. Use every 2-3 washes. Very dry or damaged hair can use more frequently.
- Routine: If ends feel particularly dry, 1-2 drops can be smoothed through hair after styling. Can also be applied to dry hair and left overnight, then shampooed out in the morning. 1ml = approx. 20 drops. With 6 drops per use, the 30ml fill would allow up to 90 uses.

Silky smooth hair!!
I absolutely love this product, so happy that I gave it a try. My hair tends to be dry mid to ends due to over styling. I pop the oil through my hair avoiding the roots and after drying it feels so soft and hydrated. Great addition to my hair care routine.

Excellent light sealing oil
This serves as a great sealing oil when my hair is damp its absorbs easily too and keeps the water I just put in my strands. I've used it once before blowdrying and great to use. I've used it to refresh my hair after spraying with water and adding a lil of this with a tad of castor oil excellent sealant! Expensive for what it is, the amount of product but will continue to use for my occasional blow drys when I can't air dry my hair.

Smooth and Shiny!
A little goes a long way! A great product for a smooth and shiny finish - I didn't find it greasy and I was happy with the result after blow drying.

Use little and add more if needed!
First few times I used this my hair felt and looked quite greasy. I have since reduced the amount of drops to 3-4 for my long hair and it works perfectly. I only use once or twice a week and find it makes the most difference to my hair on lazy days, when I cant be bothered blow-drying. Instead of the unruly head of whispy frizz, I end up with a much more sleek head of hair. I would recommend the product but only if like me, you are willing to try a few different methods to get that result you are looking for.

Very very good
I used this after colouring my hair because I wanted to make sure I maintained the best condition. You use just a few drops and the bottle is very small but it’s a great product. Difficult to say if it’s this or just the Philip Kingsley bond conditioner that makes the difference but considering everything I think it’s worth it if you are bleaching or intensively colouring your hair
