Helping to protect damaged hair and strands prone to breakage, the Philip Kingsley Bond Builder Split End Remedy works to improve the appearance of split ends. Shielding healthy hair against heat, UV and pollution, the treatment aims to prevent further harm while also offering sealing, strengthening action to make current problems less noticeable. With the results staying locked in place for up to three washes, the remedy can easily be integrated into your haircare routine without unnecessary effort.

Start with a large pea sized amount, spreading through mid-lengths and ends of roughly towel dried hair. Pay close attention to the most damaged areas. Apply more to thicker or more damaged hair. For best results, blow-dry hair into desired style. Hair can be left to air dry. Re-apply at least every third wash. Use after and in-between Elasticizer treatments to maximise the results.

Works well as directed, but I actually think it works even better after styling! I use it before as instructed, but also tame any fly aways after styling and my hair looks great afterwards. The is the second product I use from Phillip Kingsley and I’m in love with it! I used the hair mask previously and it was so moisturizing and left my hair feeling so good. This product has also been great so far. I’ve got a slightly damaged hair ends due to dye and heat. I’ve noticed a difference in hair since I started using it I feel like there are less split ends! I have curly hair and it can get quite dry so this is perfect for me. I try not to use too much near the roots but it’s perfect for the ends and redefining and smoothing out my curls once I’ve diffused them. I also tried using it in between wash days too when I put my hair up and it worked really well and smoothed out any frizz but without being too heavy. Really nice product and would definitely repurchase :)

I received this product free to review for my honest opinion. I have coloured, damaged hair. I've been using this a couple of times a week for a few weeks. I have used it on wet/damp hair, which I did not like I felt it made my ends a bit greasy. I've tried it towards the end of my blow dry and it's much better. Smoothes out my ends, doesn't feel greasy. Makes my hair look healthier. It is slightly fragranced, but the smell is insane! Will repurchase when I run out.

Pretty good but no wow factor
Let me start by explaining that I have very fine hair, so I do not use the recommended amount as all products weigh my hair down. That being said it’s a pretty good product. It smells good and has a nice texture, and it goes into my hair well. I have had balayage for a few years now so the ends of my hair can get quite dry and brittle. After using, when I look closely at the split ends after I’ve dried my hair I can’t see much difference, however when I step back and look at my hair in the mirror I have a smoother finish. I will keep using it.
