It’s good but it’s not my favourite!
It’s a great product and I can imagine on frizzy hair it’s great but it doesn’t do loads for me! It makes my hair shiny and gives it a really nice feel but I’ve used other products which are better. Happy with it though!

Good for protective hairstyles
I like to use this before plaiting my hair, I think it helps with lessening hair breakage in combination with a protective hairstyle. The first time I used it I mistakenly used it too close to my roots which made my hair look stringy, but next time I only used it mid-lengths onwards and it was perfect.

Disappointed
I used this as a leave-in conditioner and air dried my hair. It went very curly but stayed close to my head and looked good but when I brushed it, it looked a bit wild and fanned out. Luckily this effect didn't last too long and it began to look more normal again. It did make my hair feel soft but I didn't feel it helped with split ends (I thought they were under control until I used this product). However, for me, what really let me down was the scent - it was so overpowering. I washed my hair early evening but even in the early hours, my pillow was still heavily scented and I found it difficult to get back to sleep again after getting up to use the toilet.

Versatile!
I have been using this for around a month now in a couple of different ways. Using this as a pre blow dry treatment (I have tried this with both a salon-style hairdryer and the Dyson Supersonic) it leaves my hair smoother, less frizzy and softer, while adding minimal weight ( though not completely weightless). I have naturally wavy hair so have also been using this to scrunch the waves up while damp. When I let my hair naturally air dry, I get nice defined waves and when I sleep on my hair around 10% damp, I wake up with the loveliest big loose curls! I don’t think that was one of the claims but it was one of the results! Also a little goes a long way! The instructions state a pea sized amount. I have medium-long hair and that’s enough for me. The only con to this is that I do have to wash my hair more frequently; though it’s worth noting, my roots generally become quite greasy after 2 days, so YMMV.

I was sent an offer to receive a free full size item to review. I have very thick hair which has a tendency to frizz in the rain or humidity. I have only used this once it was ok but I find my Wow heat protection spray a lot better than this It didn't really do anything for my hair if I'm honest .
