Nourish extremely dry hair with the Philip Kingsley Elasticizer Rich Deep-Conditioning Treatment, specially formulated for Afro-Caribbean or Caucasian hair that is over-processed and damaged. Providing intense hydration, the conditioning ingredients really make a difference to dry and porous hair. Olive oil locks in moisture to add bounce and shine, whilst hydrolised elastin strengthens and adds elasticity to your hair.
Before shampooing, thoroughly wet hair and apply in sections. Work into hair with fingertips. Cover with a shower cap and leave for at least 20 minutes (preferably over 60 minutes). Rinse well and follow with the appropriate Philip Kingsley shampoo, conditioner and scalp toner. Finer hair textures should double-shampoo to remove all product. For best results use at least once a week.
- Give your hair an enhanced Elasticizer treat by covering with a shower cap and leaving on overnight
- Apply Elasticizer before working out, then shampoo out post-gym
- Use Elasticizer as a styling cream on natural tightly coiled hair
Please Note: Do NOT use Elasticizer Extreme for three days before or three days after chemical processing.

This has restored life to my dry, coloured, fine and curly hair. You do have to wet your hair, pop this on, leave it for a while and then wash as usual, so it is a little fiddly, but it's worth it, nothing has conditioned my hair like this.

The best Hair treatment on this planet?
I have afro hair and have been using this product for years now. It is simply incredible. This is a pre-shampoo treatment with protein so go for alternative moisture washes. Elasticizer makes my hair incredibly soft and pliable, followed by shampoo and a light conditioner - I would skip on a deep conditioner but that's just me. Treatment length: you can go for anything from 20 minutes to overnight. I would suggest you start with 30 minutes and then see how the hair feels. This product has not been tested for use on children's hair. Chemical treatment: I would not recommend using this product close to a chemical treatment like a chemical relaxer or colour. The hair will be super soft and could break in the chemical treatment so speak to your hairdresser first. This pot will normally last me six months, you can use it generously but don't go crazy otherwise you will have to buy again quickly. Great buy and look out for the amazing scented options.
