Nourish extremely dry hair with the Philip Kingsley Elasticizer Rich Deep-Conditioning Treatment. Now in a new, travel-friendly size, it is specially formulated for Afro-Caribbean or Caucasian hair that is over-processed and damaged. Providing intense hydration, the conditioning ingredients really make a difference to dry and porous hair. Olive oil locks in moisture to add bounce and shine, whilst hydrolised elastin strengthens and adds elasticity to your hair.
Before shampooing, thoroughly wet hair and apply in sections. Work into hair with fingertips. Cover with a shower cap and leave for at least 20 minutes (preferably over 60 minutes). Rinse well and follow with the appropriate Philip Kingsley shampoo, conditioner and scalp toner. Finer hair textures should double-shampoo to remove all product. For best results use at least once a week.
- Give your hair an enhanced Elasticizer treat by covering with a shower cap and leaving on overnight
- Apply Elasticizer before working out, then shampoo out post-gym
- Use Elasticizer as a styling cream on natural tightly coiled hair
Please Note: Do NOT use Elasticizer Extreme for three days before or three days after chemical processing.

Amazing results
This is amazing on damaged, bleached hair.

The Best so far
Left this on for an hour and it left my hair super soft to the touch. I have used olaplex no 3 but feel this is a better product. I have long coloured curly frizz prone hair.

Not Great
I have grey curly hair which is thinning and tends to be more fragile now so using treatments help. I usually use the normal strength elasticizer which really nourishes my hair feeling silky afterwards but as you were out of stock I thought I'd try the extreme version. It wasn't the same unfortunately and my hair hair feels really dry and brittle still so I will be returning to the normal strength one next purchase.

Not a long term recommendation for relaxed hair
This product contains protein, an important note for relaxed ladies. Ensure you incorporate a hot oil treatment with a steam cap as part of your deep conditioning treatment if you want your hair to feel silky, moisturised and conditioned. I became reliant on the extreme elasticiser it was great at first but then found I had to battle throughout the week to retain moisture so I’ve moved on from this product and use oils as my prepoo instead with a little elasticiser in addition as I’ve got a lot left. I don’t use the extreme elasticiser anymore as that contains a silicone and now I find it easy to retain moisture throughout the week.

Pretty good
I was really excited to try this. My hair is very heat damaged so has lots of split ends and snapped off bits😒 I was hoping this would smooth them down a lot more than it did. It does improve the feel of my hair a bit and like using it but wouldn't buy again unless it was on a really good offer because I think for the price there are better products that do more for my hair than this does!

Amazing product
I have damaged fine afro Caribbean relaxed hair. It needed some TLC and this has definitely provided it. With regular weekly use my hair is in much ether condition. It strengthens the hair and I’ve noticed much less breakage at the ends. I have been using it for about 5 months and will definitely continue. It might seem expensive but lasts long and you don’t need to use a lot to get a good result. I have short hair so it lasts me a long while. Long hair would need more obviously.

Not as good as original
I have very dry, very curly fine hair.. and I've used the normal strength elasticizer with great results. I was wrong to think that the extreme version would be better, as it really isn't. My hair is still dry after using, although it did look nice. By the next day my hair was dull and matted.
