Relieve sensitive scalps with the Flaky/Itchy Scalp Toner from Philip Kingsley. Enriched with an anti-microbial and anti-flaking formula, it gives immediate and long-lasting relief from irritation. The toner is powered by antimicrobial Piroctone Olamine and cooling Camphor to instantly refresh and comfort the scalp, while restoring the microflora balance to help prevent and treat the causes of irritation. Clear and odourless, the toner is safe to use on colour-treated hair to provide relief from irritation, flaking and dandruff. Soothe your scalp with this calming toner.
Suitable for colour treated hair.
Begin with Flaky/Itchy Scalp Shampoo, followed by the appropriate Philip Kingsley Conditioner. Lightly towel dry hair and apply to scalp from the nozzle in 1'' (3cm) sections. Distribute with fingertips. Do not rinse. Comb through and style. Reapply as often as required.

Flaky/Itchy Scalp Toner from PhK
I've been using Flaky/Itchy Scalp Toner from Philip Kingsley for two weeks now and I'd say it's so far so good especially on a hot summer day after morning shower it feels pretty refreshing. I have quite sensitive itchy scalp (driving me crazy in summer) and very dry long highlighted hair so it's always a compromise for me to wash or not to wash my combi hair every single day. And this toner actually saved me as it really prologues the time in-between washes and beautifully balances my oily outgrown roots and straw-like ends. And it works wonders with the new PhK Overnight Scalp Barrier Serum! I'm highly impressed by both products. I gave 4 stars mostly because I'm not a huge fan of the scent but it doesn't linger on dry hair. And it's my first time using toner on my scalp so it's hard to compare and objectively evaluate the product.
