The toner is powered by antimicrobial Piroctone Olamine and cooling Camphor to instantly refresh and comfort the scalp, while restoring the microflora balance to help prevent and treat the causes of irritation. I have been using it for the last year. I have used it all up and sadly, it was like pouring water on my scalp. This did nothing to help my itchy scalp. I kept using it because I didn't want to waste it and I was hoping it would just work. I keep trying to find relief.
