Relieve sensitive scalps with the Flaky/Itchy Scalp Toner from Philip Kingsley. Enriched with an anti-microbial and anti-flaking formula, it gives immediate and long-lasting relief from irritation. The toner is powered by antimicrobial Piroctone Olamine and cooling Camphor to instantly refresh and comfort the scalp, while restoring the microflora balance to help prevent and treat the causes of irritation. Clear and odourless, the toner is safe to use on colour-treated hair to provide relief from irritation, flaking and dandruff. Soothe your scalp with this calming toner.
Suitable for colour treated hair.
Begin with Flaky/Itchy Scalp Shampoo, followed by the appropriate Philip Kingsley Conditioner. Lightly towel dry hair and apply to scalp from the nozzle in 1'' (3cm) sections. Distribute with fingertips. Do not rinse. Comb through and style. Reapply as often as required.

Fantastic Flake Fixer
In conjunction with the Philip Kingsley shampoo and conditioner from the same range, I only need to use a small amount of this scalp toner to really keep the flakes at bay, so the little bottle lasts a long while. This is a ‘must have’ for me and good value from this site.

Decided to try this as my scalp was itchy and flakey in patches. Really nice soothing toner stopped the itching straight away. Definitely less flakey too but not 100% gone yet. Bottle is small but actually goes a long way! Would buy again.

Disappointing
I have been using it for the last year. I have used it all up and sadly, it was like pouring water on my scalp. This did nothing to help my itchy scalp. I kept using it because I didn't want to waste it and I was hoping it would just work. I keep trying to find relief.
