Catering specifically for medium textured hair, which needs slightly more moisture than fine textured hair due to its wider diameter, the Philip Kingsley Moisture Balancing Conditioner helps to restore shine, softness and hydration from root to tip.
Fortified with Wheat Protein, Hydrolyzed Elastin and Guar (an anti-static conditioning agent), the replenishing formula delivers moisture where it's needed most - throughout the mid-lengths and ends - to prevent greasy roots. The weightless conditioner strengthens and plumps strands to improve overall fullness, whilst helping to minimise breakage. Hair is detangled and easier to style.
Ideal for medium textured hair.
After shampooing, gently work into the hair, particularly mid-lengths and ends. Rinse well and follow with the appropriate Philip Kingsley scalp toner.

Philip Kingsley Moisture Balancing Conditioner
Fabulous product and has made such a difference to my hair after one application. I shall use this conditioner from now on. The conditioner certainly works and my haiir has never felt so soft, smooth and healthy. I highly recommend this product for fine, thin and dry hair. It works wonders on chemically treated too.

Well worth the money
My hairdresser has been recommending the Philip Kingsley Moisture Balance range to me for some time. I have been putting off buying it as it seemed so expensive compared to the usual brands that I've been buying whenever Boots have had a 3 for 2 on. I wish I had tried this sooner. Yes the initial outlay seems expensive but the quality of the product is phenomenal. I am using a 20p size blob of shampoo and getting a rich cleansing lather that's cleaning my hair without stripping it. No silicon, no harshness, no frizz. Its perfect for my hair, shoulder length, natural wavy, dry, prone to frizz if there is moisture in the air. The 250ml will last me at least 3 months so actually compares very favourably to the cheap stuff I've bought from the supermarket and Boots. I wish I had tried this sooner.

Great product
Have been using Elastizer for a while and had some smaller tubes of the Moisture balancing Conditioner and Shampoo to use up. Took them on holiday and loved how soft and smooth my hair felt after use. Although rather pricey, Philip Kingsley products really work - they're worth the expense. Great service from Look Fantastic - practically next day on standard delivery.

Love this conditioner
Great conditioner for my coloured hair. I've been using it for a couple of months now along with the moisture balance shampoo and my hair feels in loads better condition and less flyaway! Would Definately recommend!

Peter Kingsley moisturising conditioner
Excellent product, my hair feels like hair is supposed to feel. Swings and shines, who could ask for more, thank you Peter Kingsley for your wonderful product it actually revives the hair strands and does the job it is meant to do. Having tried hundreds of products, a big thank you from a lady who really likes to have nice hair, not over processed coloured hair. (Grey actually).
