Delivering moisture and nourishment to your hair, Philip Kingsley’s Moisture Balancing Conditioner leaves hair with a smooth appearance and manageable finish. The best-selling conditioner is focussed on the mid-lengths and ends, helping to intensely hydrate without weighing hair down.
The formula is packed with wheat protein to promote stronger-looking hair, while hydrolyzed elastin helps to boost the look of fullness and elasticity. Suitable for medium textured, colour-processed or long, fine hair types, the conditioner is best used after shampooing with the Moisture Balancing Shampoo.
- Application: After shampooing, gently work into mid-lengths and ends of hair. Rinse well.
- Routine: Follow with the appropriate Philip Kingsley Scalp Toner.
