Prada’s L’Homme takes a modern stance on traditional masculinity. It is a fragrance defined by contrast and compliment; the classic male Fougère is present in the hues of Neroli, Geranium and Patchoili, whilst femininity is hinted at by the Prada signatures of Iris and Amber.

The stereotypically male and female hues are juxtaposed, revealing a scent which challenges outdated ideas of gender roles and binary oppositions. Subverting the ideas of masculinity, Prada offers a scent that is in touch with modern times; a scent that is simultaneously strong and gentle, undercutting themes of toxic masculinity. Floral and woody notes collide, evoking an earthly scent that is simultaneously fresh and familiar.

Wrapped in Saffiano Leather, the bottle fashions a classic Prada design. Finished with clear glass and silver tone accents, the fragrance creates an aura which is simple yet elegant.
