I did notice a very small difference using this and if definitely tingles. It’s not uncomfortable to use and did leave my lips feeling very moisturised. Not sure it’s worth the money though cos on my very small lips it only made a slight impact.

As a lip balm this is ok... did it plump my lips....no! So, this does tingle when you press your lips together, don't like the tingle don't get it! And it does transfer to other lip products.

It works… but
This is my first lip pumping product, so I don’t have a comparison. Slightly thicker than a lip balm, it applied very well, but then came a tingle, then a burn. I stupidly licked my lips and the back of my throat was on fire for an hour. Yes, it works and my lips were fuller, but at what cost? Perhaps I’m sensitive to the ‘extreme’ version, but I was unable to eat/ drink with this on. If you can tolerate it, then you’ll love it, but I can only give it three stars.

Best Lip Plumper!
This is the best lip plumper I have used. Trust me I have used many! My lips are definitely bigger when I use this and my friends have noticed. I love how it is a balm and not a gloss, such a great product to keep my lips plump. It tingles but I like it as I can feel it doing something :).
