The best
Project lip products are the best lip plumping products on the market imo and this primer is no exception! Super spicy yet smooth and primes perfectly for lipstick but is best when used with the plump and colour. Highly recommend this product but it is not for the faint hearted haha

Missing the ouch!
Now I’ve tried pretty much every lip plumper known to lipkind and I’m certainly not afraid of the ouch factor and that’s what I was kind of missing a little bit here. Great product don’t get me wrong and fabulous as a lip balm with a kick which was what I wanted so that I don’t look too vain applying lipgloss all the time! But to me the tingle was no more than that. Very slight and didn’t last long. If it’s serious ouch you want then I would recommend this as literally just a lip balm not something you would use for the wouch factor! But for those of you who don’t like it to feel like your lips are being stung by a swarm of bees covered in chillies then go for it! I would purchase again as it’s very moisturising and smooth too. I’d like to try the full kit to see how it works together but I’ll save that for another time maybe! Happy pouting! X

Not worth it
In the spirit of being straightforward and honest - this product is not worth your time. It barely works (lips dont really increase in size, it just looks slightly more red as if youve been rubbing them too long). Further, it has a really odd spicy taste which makes it really unpleasant if it gets on your tongue. Better off simply overlining your lips with a slightly dark nude shade!

Ok, this product does sting... but it also works so much better than any other lip plumping product I’ve used. I love that it’s matte and not gloss too! I found that it was still working for hours after applying, even under lipstick. I wouldn’t say it’s going to double or triple your lip size, but it does make them plumper and it looks lovely just as a lip balm too

I bought this during lockdown when I wasn’t able to go and get my lip filler topped up due to beauticians being closed. So I thought I’d give this a go, and WOW it is amazing, you see results instantly and it lasts. I got this one as it it isn’t glossy and gives you a plump but natural look.

I’ve tried many lip plumper a and none really give fantastic results. This one is average in terms of plumping ability and doesn’t produce a filler effect but does plump the surface skin and make lips smooth. It has a tingly effect that reminds me of eating a hot chilli as opposed to the chemical tingle I’ve felt with most others. The pros and cons are the slight plump and smoothing effect from a matte balm instead of a sticky gloss but it has the side effect of getting in your mouth and hitting the back of your throat which isn’t great. Cheap enough to continue using but I’m unsure if I’d repurchase. Probably going to continue searching for one with a stronger effect :)

This is the best lip plumper I have used EVER! I have naturally quite plumped lips anyways, so I just wanted a lip plumper that would enhance my lips and this 100% has!! Don’t expect them too look plumped right away, give it say 15 mins then you will notice the difference :-) my Lips did tingle once I applier the product, but it is not sore compared to some lip plumpers I have previously tried. I would buy this again and recommend it to anyone - Amazing!!!!

i’ve used a lot of lip plumpers but this has been the one that has worked the most! gives off a tingly sensation so you know it’s working and gives you a fuller effect really quick && it even gets fuller over time instead of going down like usual plumpers do. would highly recommend
