Delivering long-lasting results, the formula harnesses the power of a Magnetic Polymer Matrix that binds each lash in a positive electric charge to instantly lift, separate and define. Creating dramatic lashes without clumping, expect full, maximised results.

- Begin by placing the brush wand at the base of lashes then hold for a few seconds to set.
- Wiggle the wand in a back and forth motion and repeat to build.
- Use the wand vertically to apply to the lower lash line.

The Best
This is my second wand of Fully Charged mascara...it is truly the BEST mascara I have ever used and I am 60 years old, so I've used a lot of mascara over the years. It goes on without a bit of clumping. The brush separates each eyelash from the next. And best of all it stays on without shedding or developing that little "shadow" under the eye at about hour 9 or 10 !!

Really was surprised with this mascara! I wanted a cruelty free, less chemical based mascara. It is definitely heading in that direction and is cruelty free. It may be too thick and clumpy for some, but with some getting used to, it transforms my fine lashes into a very black and glamorous thick looking lashes. I believe it even adds lift. It is much more comfortable to apply and wear than my previous mascara (Lash Domination - Bare Minerals). All in all very pleased! Fast delivery too.
