A huge disappointment
I bought the Bond 7 shampoo and Bond 11 conditioner from Redken because I was looking for intensive care for my blonde and damaged hair. The price is very high, which made me even more convinced that I should expect professional, repairing results. I used them for a full two months, believing that over time, I would start to see improvements. Unfortunately – the effect was the opposite. My hair became drier, straw-like, lifeless, and brittle. Even though I supplemented with masks and oils, its condition kept worsening – as if the products, instead of healing, were making it even more damaged. I decided to stop using them and washed my hair with a regular Garnier shampoo, and the difference was immediate – softness, elasticity, and life returned to my hair! This finally convinced me that Redken Bond 7 and 11 didn’t just not help, they actually made things worse. ❌ A huge disappointment, especially for such a high price. I expected premium care, but ended up with hair in worse condition than before. If your hair is already dry and fragile, these products can make it even worse. ✔ If you’re looking for actual repair, opt for something hydrating and gentle, without too many proteins or harsh ingredients.
