Quick treatment
I liked that it didn't take too long to wait for the treatment to do its work. I found the instructions weren't clear - I wasn't sure whether I had to work it through all of my hair, so concentrated most of it on the ends and then midlengths. The consistency made it a little tricky to work it through but it wasn't too bad. The instructions also didn't make it clear whether it needed to be washed out before shampooing (which is what I would normally do after a pre- treatment). Other than those small things, I found it helped improve the look and feel of my parched, coloured hair.
