Offering 5-in-1 protection, Redken’s Extreme Anti-Snap Treatment is formulated to visibly smooth and replenish weakened hair types. The leave-in treatment protects against chemical, heat, mechanical and surface damage, while minimising the risk of future breakage.
The formula is enriched with Redken’s Strength Complex, acting as a deep conditioner to reduce friction from brushing and minimise the appearance of split ends. With added heat protection up to 230⁰C, the treatment promotes stronger-looking hair.
- Application: Apply to fragile areas of hair, or all over while damp. Do not rinse out. Style as usual.
- Routine: For best results, use Extreme Shampoo and Extreme Conditioner prior to use.

I ave been using this product for over two years. It is Brilliant! It isn't an instant fix (as I feel some reviewers have expected), but, over time, it really strengthens very fine hair or hair prone to breaking . I don't think I'd have long hair if I didn't use this product...and it lasts for ages!

Disappointing
I had high expectations for this product as I do like the Redken products. Reviews said this product would also 'smooth' my hair as well as strengthen. I have used it for 1 week only and currently I see no change. It most definitely does not smoothen my hair like a serum or a leave in conditioner. It is of gel consistency and I feel no strengthening either. Whether it is anti-snap I cannot tell either! Don't think I will buy again but will continue to use in hope that it is preventing any snapping!

I purchased this after reading so many positive reviews and thought it would be perfect for my damaged hair. I've only had it for about two weeks, and have used it about 4/5 times, and it does seem to be making a difference! I have particularly dry ends, especially on the right side, and although the treatment hasn't completely "healed" the dry ends, they definitely feel much smoother and less straw-like. They still look damaged, but I guess it is still early days. It definitely seems like a good investment at this stage though, and I'm looking forward to seeing more results soon.
