Designed for dry, brittle and damaged hair, Redken's Extreme Shampoo is a rich, nourishing formula that promotes smooth-looking, soft-feeling and more manageable hair.
Formulated with proteins and the brand's Strength Complex, featuring amino acids, the silky shampoo helps to protect the hair against excess breakage and the appearance of split ends, plumping the fibres with hydration for a fortified look.

Amazing
I haven't tried redken products before but after seeing the offers and reviews on here I decided to give it a try. I have coloured hair and noticed that this shampoo doesn't wash my colour out like the products I have been using. It smells like blueberry muffin and was pleased with the end result, my hair was shiny and felt really clean and lightweight and noticed I don't need to wash my hair as often. This is my go to shampoo now! 5 stars!

The difference
This shampoo is your way to recover your hai from damage that its got rrom colouring styling etc.My hair was burnt after an unprofessional highlighting of my roots and i almost has crued my eyes out but then my boyfriend who was a hairdresser before advised me Redken.This products saved my hair....it became even better than ever before...I DO recommend anyone who feels like hope is lost.

Not for my hair
I have dry, fine dyed hair and this shampoo reduces my hair to a a matted mess. I have to use their condition and then a lot of Argan Oil or similar hair oil to get a comb or brush back through my hair. It seems far too strong a shampoo for damaged hair. Very disappointing!

Has to be tried to be believed!
I have very damaged hair from being used as a practice head for 2 years whilst training as a hairdresser. Bought this product along with the conditioner as a last ditch attempt to save my hair before having to go for the chop. It's amazing! I only shampoo my hair twice a week at most and after just using this product for the third time this morning my hair is cashmere soft and extremely easy to manage. Cannot recommend enough both as a professional and a consumer

Have only used this product along with conditioner and anti snap 3 or 4 times and can see a huge difference in my hair already. Before my hair was thick curly frizzy and would not grow, now my hair is a lot more manageable and beginning to grow for the first time in years. Well worth the money.
