Designed for dry, brittle and damaged hair, Redken's Extreme Shampoo is a rich, nourishing formula that promotes smooth-looking, soft-feeling and more manageable hair.
Formulated with proteins and the brand's Strength Complex, featuring amino acids, the silky shampoo helps to protect the hair against excess breakage and the appearance of split ends, plumping the fibres with hydration for a fortified look.

I have bought this shampoo several times in order to combat dry hair. Love the smell! (even if a bit too strong..) Together with the Redken Extreme Conditioner the product has worked well for dry hair. This time I bought it mainly because of a dry scalp, and for such a challenge it hasn't shown to be that effective. Maybe the strong perfumed odour has something to do with it - maybe it's better for dry hair than for a dry scalp. I will most probably try it again later - after using some other products in between for the variation!

TRULY AMAZING
REDKEN EXTREME shampoo saved my hair! Two years ago my hair had been bleached to death, whenever I would brush my hair the ends would come off. Couldn't stand it anymore so I changed hairdresser and my new hairdresser recommended Redken. When i was younger my hair was curly but since it had been bleached it was just extremely dry and frizzy, I could never go without straightening my hair without it being really frizzy. Even after the first wash i noticed the difference. And after a few months my curls began to come back. AMAZING. Now After two years of using Redken and going to the hairdressers regularly my hair is absolutely gorgeous. Can't recommend it enough. It saved my hair.

It works!
My hair had become so frizzy and dry from colouring and straightening that I thought it was beyond repair. This, used with the Extreme conditioner and Anti Snap, has made it look healthy and shiny again.

Redken shampoo
Excellent shampoo worked its magic after the first was , i also purchased the conditioner , both highly recommended. Left my long thick curly hair very manageable , soft , frizz free & smelling like i'd just come out of a salon . Very glad i purchased both products
