Directions of use:

I have bought this for the second time. It seems to work well as a protein treatment once a week for hair prone to breakage. If I have the time, I follow with a moisturizing treatment. It is hard to establish how well such a product works, but so far I have been satisfied. I also use the Redken Extreme Anti-Snap Treatment, which is really convenient as it is a leave-in treatment that you apply in wet hair after you come out of the shower. It does not feel sticky, and seems to prevent breakage of my very fine, Nordic hair.
