An oil-in-serum formula from Redken’s Frizz Dismiss collection, the Instant Deflate Treatment encourages a sleek look. Suitable for all hair types, the formula helps to minimise the appearance of flyaways and excess volume, while enhancing manageability.
The leave-in treatment is powered by babassu oil. Rich in fatty acids, the oil nourishes the strands and promotes a glossy appearance. The versatile formula can be used on wet or dry hair for an instant smoothing effect.
Wet Hair:

- Application: Apply to clean, damp, towel-dried hair.

Great choice
I have high-porosity hair, and I always reach for a leave-in product. This one turned out to be a great choice. It makes detangling easier, and my hair feels soft, shiny, and less frizzy throughout the day.

Really works!
I am just getting towards the end of a free sample I was sent a while ago and will be purchasing a full sided bottle. I have shoulder length, naturally curly, frizzy hair and I have been using this every day following using straighteners on dry hair to finish my style and my god does it work! When it rains now I no longer get that frizzy look, yes my hair still curls if I am caught in the rain but it looks more styled than frizz now! I feel a lot more confident out and about in this winter weather than I ever have. My hair also feels so much softer and I love the smell! Highly recommend this for taming frizzy hair.

Good but not on very damp days!
I’ve been buying this serum for a while now, and have found it works well on my thick, prone to frizz hair, but not when it’s very humid outside! You only need a tiny amount, and it smells great, and isn’t too heavy. It leaves hair shiny. It lasts a long time so good value for money.

Great product however I did prefer the slightly different formula before this one. I think it was 7% and was lighter and not so thick. Does what it says and helps tame wild hair! Only need a small amount to do the job so lasts ages

Excellent to use both on wet and dry hair, however if using it on wet hair I have to apply styling serum as well, as I have terribly frizzy hair and need something that has a bit of hold to it. Will definitely buy again once this bottle has ran out

Works ok. Still trying to find the best way to use this. Have used before heat styling and after. Does deflate frizz but not all and frizz returns half way through the day. Maybe I’m using it wrong or need to change how I’m using it to get the full results/benefits.
