Definitely helps if you have problems with your scalp, relief just after one wash. Absolutely awful for my hair, they were tangled and I needed to use a lot of conditioner to be able to brush my hair. So what I do is , first washing only my scalp using this shampoo, then using different shampoo washing the rest of my hair.
