Applied once daily, the Regaine for Women Re-Growth Scalp Foam with 5% Minoxidil is specially formulated for women experiencing hair fall and thinning.
Working at the roots, the lightweight foam stars minoxidil, a powerful active that protects from excess hair fall and brittleness to support a fuller, thicker-looking finish over time. Its featherlight feel ensures the scalp won’t appear oily after application, leaving the strands nourished and visibly hydrated.
Your hair and scalp should be thoroughly dry before using Regaine. Apply a dose of 1ml, with one of the enclosed applicators, to the area once daily (with a 12-hour interval in between). Do not exceed the recommended dose. Use this medicine only on your skin and wash hands after use. Continuous use is necessary.
Do not use if you:
- Are male.
- Are pregnant or breast-feeding.
- Suffer from a problem with blood pressure.
- Don’t know why you’re losing your hair – see your doctor.
- Have sudden or patchy hair loss.
- Have other conditions associated with your hair loss.

Only started this but I've been advised by several gynaecologists that this is the standard for hormonal hair loss. The foam is easy to use as you can direct to your scalp and not get stuck in your hair, which would render it useless...doesn't sting or irritate - better in foam form. Dermatologist Recommended and Actually Works
I have stress and menopausal hair loss and a dermatologist said the only thing proven to work is Minoxidil which Regaine has in it. My hair was noticeably thinning and receding at the temples. Within a week I could see the re-growth. Only use the Womens one for women and it’s not for bald spots only stress or hereditary female pattern hairloss. It does absolutely work and my hair is growing back but it does have to be used every single day. The strong 5mg version is best as the twice a day one would be too annoying for me. It does leave my hair very slightly greasy but a small price to pay compared to going bald! It will take about another 18 months for my hair to reach shoulder length so it’s a big commitment but nothing else is clinically proven so save your money and just buy this.
