Hair and skin definitely feel softer. I actually prefer this one to the "advanced" Revive Collagen product as it does not contain additional vitamins (I already take a multi vitamin and doubling up on some of these causes issues), This actually tastes nice (sort of a refreshing taste) to drink (much better than some of the others on the market).

Saw small changes
I have been doing this for 3 months now and have seen some small changes to my skin, hair and nails. My hair had been damaged from bleach so has snapped off but I noticed with taking collagen it has grown and feels a lot fuller and stronger. My nails have also grown more than usual...my nails always tend to break but dont seem to break as much. I have relatively good skin, I very rarely get any breakouts so I can't say I've really noticed a bit changed in my skin other than it looks and feels hydrated but then this could be due to my skin care routine also.

Although this can be pricey I’m absolutely in love with this. It’s easy to use, I.e carrying round in your handbag. Taste for me was questionable at first but once you see the results you’ll get used to it! I take it on its own but can be diluted too. I’ve noticed differences in my hair, nails and skin!
